Dynamic propulsion is a very intense cardio exercise used be many professional skiers. If you can find something to stand up on at home that is stable and safe- try this exercise - challenge yourself!

The Basics: #1 The Hundred

The first exercise of the Weiler Method. This exercise will each you to properly train your core, how to lift your head while training your core to avoid neck pain and how to breathe properly during your core training. The second part of this video is a corrective version for those of you with back or neck pain.

The Basics: #2 The Hover

The second exercise of the Weiler Method focuses on the shoulder, upper back, core and arms. Learn proper position of a basic push up and as you advance you will learn a proper full plank.

Challenge yourself! The second part of this video explains the corrective version of the basic push up - learn how to do a push up without wrist pain!

The Basics: #3 The Wall Squat

The third exercise of the Weiler Method- Wall Squat- but our version of the wall squat will challenge even the best - with slight adjustments this exercise is transformed into a highly challenging and corrective exercise - great for your posture! The second part of this video will teach you a correction version of the wall squat!

The Basics: #4 The Bridge

The fourth exercise of the Weiler Method -The Bridge, is a very common exercise but when not done properly can cause tightening of muscles rather than strengthening of muscles. Our version of the bridge will train your entire body, including core and arms! Get working!

The second part of the video will show you the corrective version of The Bridge - learn to execute this exercise without low back or neck pain.

The Basics: #5 The Hip Fluxer Stretch

The fifth exercise of the Weiler Method - learn to stretch your hip flexors and relieve low back pain form long sitting and standing.
